Show the charts background instead of normal background, when the chart has a png or jpeg file

There's already support for chart specific video background, so a static png or jpeg would be nice.

I know we've talked about it before, but I just wanted to add it to suggestions

Ah right, I’ll get to that next time I get some progress in. Is per chart highways of interest too?
