Can't get game (PC app) to load.

This has been an ongoing issue for me now for more than a year where the game won't load past the captain.tv logo screen. I've reinstalled, updated, restarted, etc... The last few times I have tried to play, I haven't been able to get the game to load at all. Is there something else I need to do?
