Please see attached screenshots - I won the Fall fairy in Yecats stream and used the code - it is showing on captain side but not on viewer side. Using a code is supposed to unlock the skin on both sides, similar to buying a skin. Yes, I have used codes before and the skin has showed on both accounts.

Did you enter the code from the captain side? I always enter the codes on viewer side and they have always worked for both captain and viewer. Did you try entering the code again on viewer side?

I entered it on the captain side - never had any trouble before doing that - it always showed on both when I did that. Tried on viewer side and said code was already used.
