#Longer planning phase for captains, but skippable

I'd like to propose to give captains a longer time for planning, especially in dungeons, but with an option to skip to the next, placing phase.
Here's why: on a small map blocking all and putting a vibe marker square is done in 1 seconds, but on a complex map, especially in dungeons where your setup matters even more, this can take a while, espcially if the captain has to plan for a lot of placers and the map scaled up. That this isn't doable in the minute captains have, so I propse to give them two or even three minutes, but with the option to end that phase and move to player placing.
This would improve dungeons and campaign a lot.
If this should also be done for VS am unsure, there the one minute seems to work most of the time, but that's just my view from a player's side.
