I got this error in a Hooks battle. I belive it was a skin chest but cannot recall for sure.

I was able to claim a skin chest last night and it did not have a skin, so I'm wondering if this error happens when the chest contains a skin? This is on mobile and i even updated my PC client version to no avail

My problems sounds similar to https://discord.com/channels/500415557800296449/1258719985371447368 but I am seeing a different error. Could this be a difference between PC and mobile? Next skin chest I get I will attempt to open on PC to see what happens.

Hi !
I believe they are the same issue. Maybe the errors are different just because they are different platforms.
Continue using your client of preference, it should be working now for all of them
