During this clash, @marble sapphire was having issues matchmaking for two hours when the event started on Friday. She mentioned to me that a few hours later, she did some duels and then after that she succeeded in matchmaking.
When @cyan comet was having trouble, I did a single duel with him and after that it seemed like he was able to successfully do some matchmaking after that on Clash.
Later in the night, @tired vine was also having issues with matchmaking so I also tried doing some duels with him but he eventually had trouble matchmaking.
I believe in Termina's case that was an issue with not having a captain to match up with because I was also monitoring which participating captains in Clash were actually in "In Placement Period" or "Ready for Captain to Start Battle!" scenarios.
So I do suspect there might have been a bug/scenario that was preventing captains from matchmaking but I am not definitively sure.
