I haven’t seen any. Plenty of the now nearly useless BalloonBuster scrolls though. It would be great to replace BB with Necro.

yeah they are in there, but i do agree they seem to drop less then other legendary scrolls

Nope, the duplicate skin replacement scrolls are never Necromancers. The second slot of the Sylvan chest does give Necromancers, but that's not a replacement for the skins.
I've documented replacements from chests, and between captain/viewer and alt data .. never a single time Necromancer through hundreds of replacements.

I suggest giving us the ability to choose which legendary unit to receive 5 scrolls for.

I would be immensely grateful just to be able to turn off one single unit, and would immediately turn off receiving BalloonBuster scrolls. (If they ever decided to add Spy into the general reroll pool, that would become a difficult decision.)
