So, while I've noticed this in the past, it just recently started becoming a problem. I've identified these groups as "one offs".
Essentially, I'll start up my stream and the first battle or two, I'll just have my viewers dropping troops and we'll do fine. By the 3rd battle, I get a bunch of random people who drop a troop, maybe two. My numbers will go from 20-40 troops, to over 100. Great, we destroy the current battle. They may stick around for a couple or few more battles, or I will suddenly end up with my normal 20-40, but now the enemy size is well over 100 and we lose the next 2-3 matches and I have to spend tokens each time, hoping that the number of enemies we go up against drops low enough that we can win the current battle, or that the "one offs" show up again and we get through it.
I'd love to see the password system implemented into the regular battles so my viewers are the ones who are joining and we're not be overrun by all these extra players who drop off one or two troops and make our numbers skyrocket.
Screenshots from tonight.
1st battle = 35 Allies, 68 Enemies (Win) (No One-Offs)
2nd battle = 125 Allies, 122 Enemies (Win) (Full of One-Offs)
3rd battle = 140 Allies, 118 Enemies (Win) (Full of One-Offs)
4th battle = 47 Allies, 231 Enemies (Loss) (No One-Offs)
5th battle = 50 Allies, 138 Enemies (Loss) (No One-Offs)
6th battle = 42 Allies, 68 Enemies (Loss) (No One-Offs)
After 3 losses, we decided to leave SR alone for the remained of the stream.
