I didn't place my captain unit as I intented to lose this one but forgot to use do-not-place markers and somebody placed.
The units did well but in the end the showdown was 1 gladiator vs 4 presents. Gladiator stopped moving and didnt attack the presents.
This is surely not intended behaviour I hope and I feel bad for the player.

I have that sometimes too. It's just bad luck with the placement of the presents. They can't be reached by the units without range.
