Okay, so servers crashed again as we defeated the boss. I reloaded, went back to the boss, it says battle ready, like he wasn't just defeated, but I couldn't start the battle. So I close out and reload again. It said boss defeated, but I never opened the chest to dole out rewards to players. What happened?
