Please end my dungeon run. Memory error happens during the battle, which is a first for me. This has happened 5 times in a row. Will not let me force end the battle and would really like to save a run. I also get stuck on the loading screen when trying to switch to viewer. This has been an issue since this past weekend. Multiple tickets have already been entered. Thank you for any help

Hey! Sorry about the issue.
It looks like you might be playing on web. If you try out the Stream Raiders windows app, this issue shouldn't happen. You can grab the Windows app here: https://www.streamraiders.com/game/streamer-tools/setup/

I appreciate that and I get that y'all are busy. I would love to get this resolved before clash weekend. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Also, I normally use the app and prefer that for battles. Web was/is the only way I could access captain side. I have uninstalled and installed back a few times and cleared all the browser cache.

I've asked the team to check into it, and I can let you know as soon as I hear something back. For other troubleshooting, I'd recommend trying to launch it in another browser and/or incognito window.
Regarding the desktop app, that's really weird that you wouldn't have the option to swap to Captain. When you get a chance can you shoot me a screenshot of your settings page? That's where the option appears on the desktop app, under the account section.

just tried to run the battle and started to lag and app froze. Will try to run again later when less stress is on the pc. But everything still loads fine after.

The app becomes not responsive with 12 seconds. Blob has created roughly 400 allies.

multiple attempts to run this dungeon battle. Current attempt has been going for over 8 hrs. Blob is broken.

I will be happy to accept compensation to my captain account of the max amount of spy scrolls and bones available to other captains, via the quests, that were able to run clash this weekend and not stuck in SR dungeon jail. Thank you and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

@sour crescent Hey. Apologies again about the issue. When the team fixed a couple things before, they thought you would be all set, but that's obviously not the case. I've asked them to end your dungeon run, but they won't be in until tomorrow, so unfortunately, they'll be a bit of a delay on that.
In the meantime, I'm gonna give you a bunch of goodies in-game in the way of scrolls, bones, etc.
