After 10 or so openings the chests just stop. They also give legendary scrolls before you get every skin. There is also a visual bug where the chests take your bones and award nothing but refreshing your page or client will give them back.

Such a shame, a lot of great skins here and with the extremely tedious grind we already have with the polterheist chests, some guaranteed skins would be a welcome change for sure.

That sucks, all I can report on is what it did to me personally
For me player and captain side restored the bones made for the “empty” purchases after refresh.

Thank you for the report. This is a combination of bugs and wrong text in the chests. Those were supposed to guarantee a skin and stop working after awarding all of them. We're looking into this so the skins are available in a bug-free system.

Yeah while I didn’t lose as many as others I did get a lot of scrolls before the skins so just yikes this entire situation.

Regarding the chests: once Dungeons starts today, the chests will disappear and be replaced with direct-purchase skins. All Bone and Nightmare skins will be available in the upcoming days (we will release them in 3 waves, every 5 days).

Ahhhh I spent 1500 keys to get one specific skin, got loads of non-skin ‘prizes’ without even knowing that was possible then could have bought the skins I wanted anyway once I’d run out of bones. Such a shame. Hoping a way of getting lots more bones might appear in the next 3 days.

The chests were a few days ago, they changed it to this but never got back to people that lost bones
