I had similar issues with Skin Chest not giving legendary scrolls. I unlocked all of the skins with the 12 bones chests, and then I purchased the skin chests to get legendaries scrolls. The 1st Skin Chest gave 5x Templars scrolls, but the 2nd & 3rd Skin Chests I purchased did not contain legendary scrolls. My understanding was that I could get 4 total skin chests with legendary scrolls in each one. I decided not to get a 4th skin chest, since chests 2 & 3 did not have the legendary scrolls.

How many common, uncommon, rare, legendary scrolls are in the skin chest for 120 bones and how many in the WWR chest for 12 and 100?

If you already got all the skins available through the 12 bone chest, then then 120 bone chest is supposed to replace the guaranteed skin drop with 5 scrolls of a random legendary unit. But others in this thread are saying they received the first 5, but none after that. So I am waiting a bit to see if there is an announced fix.
After obtaining all skins and the four 120 bone chests, I’m going to save any remaining bones for the next Arena event.
“Place 10 units in Duels” for 15 bones has a weekly timer, so up to two per week if you finish it before halfway through that timer.

It doesnt help if no one playing (because naturally running dungeons why should captn playing unrewarded duels..)
And yesterday as Ohi played, I always had loading problems.
As CTV made no better info about content, i bought the great skin for the weak barber, and hoped to get my 2 wanted skins.
In 22 chests ZERO skins (and also NONE of mentioned but not announced legendary scrolls)

I can recommend: If you want 1 of 4 skins, buy the expensive chest, in the cheap the "chance" is zero in 22 !
