Now I had previously posted a report of this happening if you buy the battle pass from the first screen that pops up before you collect your rewards. That was a few months back, and the following month I was able to collect my rewards before buying the battle pass with no issue. Not I just do not get my 4th slot rewards at all unless I collect them all before the event ends.
