Hey @strange harbor - if you haven't done a cache and cookie clear, try that first! We recently rolled out some perf improvements that should actually use less memory, so hoping this helps!

I did this but its honestly a super annoying solution, since i have to now re-login to all my sites

I am still getting this error today after clearing the cookies and cache, any further insight or suggestions?

hrm... different browsers can handle things differently, use different resources. If you're having trouble on Chrome, try Firefox/Edge. But you can also try emulating a mobile device, which will load our mobile lite client which uses a lot less memory (but also don't have all the features)

I am having these issues since several hours (out of memory, unable to view my units, unable to place,...) and do not think it was related to a specific map for me. I play SR as usual on my chromebook and even worse for me and trying to play SR made crash my chromebook multiple times. So I gave up on playing for the moment and hope this will get fixed soon.

the amount of "out of memory" errors have increased a lot since some months. clearing cache and cookies does not make a noticeable difference. i have tried different browsers with the same result. switched now to client version because in the browser i get the "out of memory" error around all 1-2 hours instead of 1-2 times a day like it was before.
