I didn't get my shinobi skin. I watched the necessary stream time, I redeemed it but the skin did not come to my inventory.

Interesting, @viscid lily - I didn't receive any of the drops at all. I took screenshots of my keys/coins before I finished those drops as I saw people start to mention issues. I did the standard log in/out, go to the drops page, etc.

I too am missing the Sylvan Shinobi Skin from the Twitch drops. Says I claimed it 15 hours ago but I only show the other 8 Sylvan chest skins available.
I know I got the 1000 gold, I was watching for that. As for the shinobi scrolls I don't know if I got those or not I wasn't paying attention as closely.

I'm not convinced I got any of the drops, I am definitely missing the skin but my totals don't look like they increased for any of the other items either, maybe the gold but nothing else.

This is going to take some kind of global fix because a lot of people aren't going to notice.

I managed to collect all the drops, I checked my scrolls and coins, only the skin didn't come. I thought it was some system slowdown, but more than twelve hours have passed and nothing has happened

Same here. I didn't check scrolls, coins or keys before the drops began but I know I don't have the skin. (I even checked all my other units just in case , but I can say with certainty I received no skins today.) Twitch does show it as claimed though. 🤔

I am having the same issues. All drops were claimed, but aren't reflected on my account.

Same here, all drops claimed, the skin is missing still, , and for keys, gold I am pretty sure they didn't add up... didn't have a look at the amout of shinobi scrolls I had before the drop, so can't confirm or deny. Disconnected and re-connected Twitch and CaptainTV accunts now, but the drops are still not processed.

I have confirmed I haven't gotten any of the drops but I know CTV is looking into it and am just going to wait. Hopefully they will have a fix Monday. If not I'll wait another day or two. I know how tricky software development can be, especially if there's a bug that requires more than just updating code. So please have patience everyone.

Not a single person in my community got the skin and many of them are uncertain about the other drops. I don't think this is going to be a ping issue as much as a company announcement/tweet, this hit a lot of people who aren't even in discord.

My main concern is in games ive esrned stuff before and they have been know to shrug stuff off like "its too late after the fact that we saw ypu personally had a problem.so were not gunna do anything about it. <please not this isnt something that has haooened to me on stream raiders or any of your stuff but its a concern none the less>

Just confirming that the viewer side didn't get them either. I don't think any of the drops worked and quite a few members of my community feel the same from their own inventories. I have stopped streaming SR until this problem is solved because it is causing confusion for the viewers.

Another example for No Drops. Glad they are working on it. This dungeon run has been a blast with the buster boons and factory strats, hopefully people don't get discouraged by the bugs.

I'm not sure if I should be hype about the next drops coming soon, while we still have this issue here. I know this might seem pessimistic, but I can already see myself not getting any drops in the next one either. I did not receive any of the current drops, but finished them 3 days ago. Twitch inventory states my account is linked. In the past, when I went to the steamraiders drops page, it showed the individual ones as claimed, which it is now not doing. I tried logging out and back in, nothing happened. Can we get a status update? Thank you.

I too did not receive any of the drops even though claimed days ago, honestly all I care about is the SKIN (the scrolls, keys, gold I can always get from just playing). I was just hoping we would have an update by now since the devs said they would look into this on Monday. Like others I have concerns for the new drops starting Friday but will hope for the best there are no issues on those.

Hey folks - no issues with drops this Friday. This particular set of drops were misconfigured. You've earned them! We're just having to manually add them which is taking time. But I expect most folks who earned will see the skin (and any other drops earned) in their inventories today. Again, apologies for the delays but we needed to make sure we could get these out to folks.

Thanks for finding the root cause, I think I commented in another thread but I one of the cases of claiming all rewards and getting none. Not sure if the approach is working down the list of everyone or only those who report.

Not a single person in my community got it, it seems to have been identified as an overall problem which means that no one got it and will probably make it easier to fix since it won't be necessary to figure out the people who did from the people who didn't, though I have no idea how any of that works.

@here FYI: if you didn't or unsure of receiving the drops BESIDES the skin, try loading https://www.streamraiders.com/drops/ and then check your inventory again.

50/50 on this if it works anymore because the site is now showing the new drops instead of the old one.
