In the past I used to be able to get drops without any issue but this time i have been unable to get any drops.
I have cleared browser cache
I have logged out and logged in several times.
I went to the drops page and refreshed
I re-connected my twitch account to captain TV
I verified that I did claim the drops on twitch
I tried a different browser
At this point I am out of ideas.

Same here ive claimed the drop for the 40 keys and im 24% on the second set of shinobi scrolls yet its not appearing in my game and Ive refreshes game a bunch and still nothing!

I also have the same issue. Not seeing the drops in game after claiming on Twitch and refreshing SR.
Normally after claiming on Twitch, the https://www.streamraiders.com/drops/ page would update with "Claimed" on the drop. But this time, nothing changed.

I can confirm - I am not getting drops to show on my account after I collect them. So far I have collected the 10 scrolls, 40 Dungeon keys, 20 scrolls, and 1000 gold and none are showing up on my account.

So wondering if i should even claim the last two drops even though i know they are not gonna appear on my account or if i should just wait till its fixed

On Mobile For me it shows able to collect, but collecting isn´t awarding the rewards, even after multiple refreshes or logins, it just marks as collected. Also on mobile since drops started i wasn´t receiving keys from battles, only started to collect them after selecting Desktop mode on chrome.

Same issue for me: collected drops but none of them are showing in my stream raiders game. Reloaded game multiple times

Ah I see the issue here - looks like we used the wrong id for the the Shinobi Scroll and 1000 Gold drops so you can earn them but we're not awarding them correctly. We're gonna have to award them all to folks after the drops campaign... Or I'll have to figure out how to award them in conjunction with the current drops campaign... Either way is kinda messy for a weekend. Will probably sit on this until Monday but we'll make it right!

It looks like the issue is with the scrolls, gold, and skin. Kermond has already mentioned they figured out the issue with the scrolls and gold. I'm guessing it's the same issue with the skin. Let's give them some time to figure out a fix in - most likely Monday at the earliest.

Don't know if I got any dungeon drops in SR.
Sylvan Shinobi didn't show up in SR.
