I can't continue with 2 slots because I claimed the rewards already, but the collect reward option is still there. I've reloaded twice. On mobile.

Same issue, Can't complete finished battles in the first two slots, and all captains appear offline. I.e two out of four slots out of action.

Similar issue but only affect captain slot 1 for me and dungeons specifically for slot 1. (I play using the Hub client)

I don't know if it's related, but I also cannot purchase scrolls from the shop since this started happening.

Same issue here, it is the dungeons that is bugging, regular battles seemed to work.

Got 2 campaigns and 1 dungeon locked up w/ chests and keys I'm unable to collect. Same Game Server Error message

Check if you can buy scrolls, you'll see the counter jump up, but the buy button just doesn't grey out.

Otherwise the shop seems to mostly work.

I was able to clear the stuck captains on desktop and re-pick them, which made it work on mobile again. Desktop is also showing which scrolls I successfully purchased.

Same problem here. Clear Data and restart didn't help.

To summarize what people experienced, and I did too: affects mobile only. I did change the captains in my desktop Browser, only for the first finished battle to be stuck again.
And as far as I can tell, this is Android only.

My friend sent me this screenie but unlike her - I can't see a chest when the battle is over it shows he's offline (he's not) and I have to X out to continue to help him.

I am thinking the bug is caused when the captain stops playing stream raiders, so as long as all captains keep playing, we should be good Kappa
