I keep getting a "Game Server Error" every time I collect rewards. After I refresh a few times, I am able to access the battles and start placing again, but it keeps getting stuck. Even after a couple of refreshes it is still showing that I have rewards to collect even after I've already collected it. One of my captain slots is stuck.

I have gotten this bug as well. Cannot close game because red X box is gone and cannot get rewards because they were already collected. Reloading has not worked for me.

Looks like an issue with the first captain slot
Not just the first. I gradually lost all three slots, including my dungeons run, so it's literally unplayable now.

It happened with all three of my captain slots; first just 1 (campaign) and then 2 (campaign) and 3 (dungeons) at the same time. Captain 3 doesn’t still have an active dungeon battle and now that slot works again but my two campaign slots remain broken.

Not sure if this is helpful but - I was originally on Mobile when collecting this chest. I logged in on my PC and was able to remove the captain and re-add them once they were in the Placement stage.

It does appear to only be an issue for me with the Captain in the first slot, not in slot 2 or 3.

So I swapped captains around (from 3rd slot to 1st slot) and while I was able to claim my chest, it got stuck on the "Captain is finding a battle" until I removed the 1st slot captain and added him again. Not saying it's only 1st slot, but so far it is in my testing lol

Lol. It's not isolated to one slot for me nor is it specific to Campaign or Dungeons on my end. My 1st slot IS stuck and I can't clear it, but it's happening on all slots for me.

I can place on the one captain that was not in rewards. I was able to collect that reward. I clicked out that captain and choose a new captain and place. Just cannot clear out the two defunct captains.

Ah, yeah, I can’t buy scrolls either @dark pivot. I did just manage to clear my battle list but only by going on google chrome on my pc to do it 🤦🏻♀️

Edit Actually, if it’s a campaign game and the captain is still continuing on to another then it does still work (the quick fix via Google chrome). Dungeons doesn’t work after the battle is over. (Hope that makes sense)

Works through desktop mode but still cannot collect slot 1 in desktop site on mobile.
Allows infinite purchasing of scrolls in store through desktop site in browser. 🤔

Once again had to go on computer to clear out captains
Automatically updated the mobile when i did
In dungeons knocked out units do not show as knocked and dos not offer the ability to revive with meat.
Shows scroll purchase succesful on dsktop but not on mobile
Shows key selections as purchased on desktop but revived them to purchase again on mobile.

How do we fix it? All day today, my phone can only use 2 of 4 battle slots because it keeps saying rewards already claimed error but it won't clear off my screen or give me the option to find a new captain. User name is definitely_not_catherby if there's a way to reset it from your end.

I only have one slot useable and the captain is playing dungeons. The keys I win aren’t transferring to my balance and has been the case all yesterday evening (UK). Game is basically completely broken.

I was going to note this, too. I cannot buy scrolls, either. And tried on several resets and even tried refreshing the scrolls and still cannot buy scrolls this morning.
All of my slots are still stuck and I am still getting the same error.

After almost a week the game error is still occurring and as a mobile player on viewer side it’s impossible to play since at every drop of unit the app reloads. Also the ptojectiles of fire are still remaining on the screen after battle which is probably the cause of the error during battle too. I hope we get an extension of a week for dungeons since as of today Mobile users still don’t get to play dungeons properly. 😱
