I'm having a hard time understanding the question.
Some specific captains may have channel point redemptions related to stream raiders. These are completely customized by the streamer (channel points are a Twitch property). For those captains, you may want to ask them specifically for any clarifications.
Stream Raiders has head skins ($5 skins that just replace the original unit's skin head with a custom head for the streamer) and full skins ($10 custom skins for a given unit). So some streamers may incentive their viewers to view the stream by allowing them to redeem channel points for SR skins.
