A couple questions regarding Nitro. We were racing during stream and noticed a couple things. Hoping this is the correct place to ask.
You do not want partners submitting another flag, correct? Or is this a fun unlock for a second flag design? Thought to ask before submitting and overloading the server(s).

I do not want to assume that we get our own Flag(s) for free. However, I went to attach my flag to my car and it says I need to purchase it. Do captains need to purchase their flags?

Any clarification is greatly appreciated.
