[SOLVED] Setup Profile Problem's

So recently I have achieved the amount I needed for stream raiders to move onto the next step! But I keep having issue's with the profile setup.. I set it up as requested but it keeps asking me to set up the profile.. even tho it is.. Would I need to re-install the program or does it not matter about it asking me to set it up all the time?
