Thank you for your reply. I've tried logging out of the app and logging back in (with Twitch) and it still doesn't work.

Is it because I opened the game directly with the launcher (which I downloaded from the website) and not with the Captain tv application? I played about 2h-2h30

I streamed it for I think 6 hours? But it did say in the email I received I already unlocked it and had the instructions to go check on it
