Hello everyone, I have an unmodified Dell Inspiron 5675 pc with an AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight-Core Processor 3.40GHz. According to the Microsoft pc health check tool it does not meet the requirements for Windows 11. Could someone suggest an upgrade to this cpu to make my pc compatible with Windows 11? If possible I would like to keep it under $500. or I'll just wait and buy a new pc. Thanks for any help.

interesting use of a thread
honestly, this just makes sense
unfortunately, i am in class rn and cannot assist
well
windows 11 doesnt add anything important, just keep using windows 10
would be my answer
you could attempt to upgrade the cpu... just depends on what the board supports, but spending 200+ dollars on windows 11 is not a smart move imo
Thank you for the replies. I think I will stick with Windows 10 and get a new pc after the dust settles with Windows 11.
good idea
