anyone know any software on full system usage for "bottlenecking"? There are some games that I have where per core CPU usage is 50% or less average and sometimes 70% spikes, GPU usage can be 40% - 60%, VRAM/RAM is decently low % wise, despite all this FPS is low (two main competitors are GTA and MC with shaders). Looking for smth that could look into maybe memory (not just GB usage, smth like memory bandwidth or some other memory thing) or any other thing that could be a "bottleneck". Maybe looking into instruction sets of a CPU and see that it is using 100% of a certain instruction set

That Actually Sounds more like the game is running a higher frame rate than what the screen is capable of. I have the same Issue from time to time. When I set my Framerate limit in Radeon Settings to say 58fps I dont have that issue.

@dry raft That sounds more like a Driver issue to me. What Type of connection are you using to hook up the monitor cause HDMI 1.0 or whatever it is only handles 60hz. You would need DP or HDMI 2.0 Cable to support higher framerates from my understanding
