@little leaf I was laying in bed thinking about processors and doing research and reading forums and someone mentioned that that next gen consoles have zen 2 cores and 8 cores so more games in the future could be more optimized for ryzen... I’m going to wait and see how well the 5800X does. But based on the leaked performances already from it, it’s looking pretty good. Well imma sleep now.

And about the pricing of these boards, the pricing is one of the reason why I pointed a finger at the 3950x, TR boards tend to be pretty expensive at ~300$, when you can easily get a x570/b550 board at ~150$.

Not really a point in having a 144hz unless you plan on upgrading imo. I would start off with a 60hz and then when you updgrade pc get a 144hz and use that as your main monitor and have the 60hz as a secondary. With the money saved you could upgrade that card to a 1660
