@abstract garden you can fit a better gpu in there if you get a used one since some 2070supers and around there or higher even can fit that price range if you go for some cheaper ram which is also better for your build such as the ripjaws 3600mhz cl16 16gb which comes in at like, $60 or $70 or so. you can get an nvme, recommend the mp34 or sn750, at around $63 at the same 500gb capacity and faster read/write times and also thats less wires you have to do. being real though for the mobo, you can honestly get away with a b550 and would recommend it over a b450 at this point because of price points and future compatibility

@abstract garden and also for the fans, i havent looked into those fans but if you do want to cut some corners, you can get some decent rgb fans that come in like a 5 pack or so that also have decent airflow but also being real yet again, if you do go with an nzxt case, theres really almost no performance gain by adding in more fans. the 2 fans that come included are just fine. you can also get a cheaper case such as my name which does have better airflow but thats up to you if you like the nzxt cases

So you need to use an older chip that it is actually compatible with then update bios then install your 3400g

cause i believe it was Soulz that had recently got a 3400g and tried to oc his ram to 3200mhz and he had to clear cmos to get rid of the oc cause that was causing it to not work

But those can run off the psu

If you're fine with buying used, you can find an 8gb 580 for probably $120-130, otherwise you're looking at either a 1650s or 1660s.

Those are probably your 3 best options to keep price down.
