Corsair CX or EVGA GD would both work fine instead

Corsair CV is meh really not the best - especially in a system like that

Unless you need the extra 4gb VRAM. 1650 uses less power and is generally a little more stable, but it is only $5 cheaper so if you want a little future-proofing you actually could go for the 580.
If you get a 1650 super you might be able to get a power supply with less wattage though, which can save you money or get you better quality.

Check on Corsairs site, I ordered my psu directly from them and it shipped 2 days later, granted UPS was slow as heck and took 7 days to arrive after it shipped
