PSUs have so much in quality that you dont really realize it's kinda crazy. To give an okay list of it all:
voltage regulation/ripple, included protections (and whether they work properly), transient response, capacitor quality, fan quality, noise (both from fan & coil whine), whether it's group regulated, whether it's multi rail, how good the solder quality is, what the failure rate is, what the average failure of the PSU causes, etc

with all of that in mind, you cant just use wattage, rating, or brand to figure it out
