I had double checked connections, hardware compatibility, etc.- and it ended up being that the CMOS battery on my new motherboard was bad. lol

based on their specs sheets technically all requirements for 4K@60Hz are met

1.4 doesnt do 4k@60

that one is marked clearly as 30Hz only

I tried port 1 and 2

1 and 2 are on the sides, 3 at the back

hey dumbo, you mention tv1 and tv2, try using only one display see if it removes the stutter, i think what happens was you have many display, the gpu cant keep up

ye, do DP to HDMI>HDMI to ethernet to HDMI on tv2 as tv2 is 1080p so bandwidth isnt as high
