It will let you know if there are any problems with your list
It will complain about using a Ryzen 5 3600 with a B450 board, but that's not really a problem
Pc part picker?
Ok lemme se
It's a great tool for first time builders cause it can do all the compatability checks for you
Reason: Bad word usage

It's got the discounts and prices n stuff for the online stores
The prices don't really matter for galaxy, completely different country and currency
And different price scaling
The biggest thing is him getting a compatable list of parts, almost bought an Intel board for ryzen
Twice lol
Bro are you sure you're gonna be able to build this?
Supposedly Galaxy has saved up enough and is headed to the "PC mall" to buy parts, but it would suck to buy a Ryzen, an Intel board, and DDR3 and have none of it work
Well i new in the pc community
Tf does he mean PC mall ?
china?
Like when Linus when to china
No
Kinda
It's similar enough
The great mall of china?
Most of there stuff are cheaper than the ones in legit malls

Usd?
Philippine money
So the mall
Can make me have a bit better build
Than a normal store could
Within my budget
But since you aren't very knowledgeable about parts it's best you make a compatability list
:D
Most I'm portant things to remember is B450 (Ryzen 3000 Ready), and DDR4 RAM
Oki
And a ryzen 3000 cpu
Ik
Dont get a bad gpu either
Why is there no HyperX Fury in pc picker thing
HyperX Fury ram?
Nevermind
No dont get that
He's talking about don't get that speed
I think thats 8gb
Would it help if you had model numbers?
Its 8gb and only 1 stick
Yeah ik
3200Mhz is good enough
3000 even works well enough
But you shouldn't go lower than 2800Mhz for a Ryzen 3000 series, it can really hurt performance
Sorry if we are confusing you >.<
Thats fine
In the model number towards the beginning theres gonna be the letter "c" followed by a number, you want it to be under 18

Dont buy any ram that says 1.2v on the package. Should say 1.35
Dude your saying to much
@little osprey you are getting over spesific for first timer
Most important number is the Mhz and that's good enough in most cases
What I just said is a surefire way to not buy the wrong ram or slow ram
When will that be?
Budget ram I know works is G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200Mhz
If u live in the us
I'll be online then,
Thats friday for you
I live in asia
So
Malaysian time
Currently 8:38 pm at my time
I got a friend in Indonesia, I'm used to that sort of time difference
I wouldn't be able to help between 11am and 7pm in Malaysia time on saturday
Well considering none of it works without the rest, in any order is fine if you know what you are getting
Monitor
Yea get monitor first
I'll be building 2 computers most of the day so I'm not going anywhere :D
You wanna see it with your own eyes and pick the one with the screen you like best
For monitors response time can be important
The motherboard was an asus 1151 i think
Then the cpu
Was a intel petinuim
E smth
1.7 ghz
Response times are marketing tbh, depends on how they measure it
Ffs
Fps
Did you rob the 90's lmao
Still didnt win
You know what i did to that
Just trying to win
I threw it outside
and burned it
Rog reboot is kinda North America I thought π€
No
Its canda
Its a worldwide thing
Free tickets
Just going there and back
There was an Australia winner there
Australian*
Ah
Hows this for a build idea
Post it
Ryzen 5 2600 Asrock B450 Steel Legend 16gb tforce vulcan Z 3200 mhz Geforce 1650 super western digital 120gb ssd EVGA 600
Psu*
Sorry it took long
1tb hdd
Yeah man that's great but you might want to throw in a hard drive
Thee
Great
Idk the price
add up the prices of parts and other things you'll need
@lyric thistle he cant
ah
The prices will be very different in Philippine money
1 usd = 50 php
And the price of parts kinda don't scale the same
Can u check how much it is
You'd have to check it yourself, I have no idea where to look up prices for the Philippines
Ok
But that is a good mid level PC list
Cpu 6.8k motherboard 6.1k ram 6.5k gpu 8k ssd 1k psu 2.1k
Hdd
1k
WOAH
EXACTLY 25,000k
Whoops
Leave the k
Took me 7 mins just to find the prices
@eager chasm
@jaunty karma What's the PSU model?
cuz budget EVGA tends not to be a good choice given other competitors. Super budget EVGA is simply just bad
I changed it into termaltake
which TT PSU?
Whatβs the goto high end PSU these days? Looking for ~750W platinum+
I mean litepower is quite dangerous and reallly horrible
vs isnt that great. I also suggest spending more on PSU so you dont have such a high chance of frying your system
PSUs arent meant to be cheaped out on
Coolermaster MWE 550
@cursive wharf Any good PSU to recommend? 600W above
That's rather good. A bit above what you need as you seem to be getting to the cheapest trustworthy PSU tho
Corsair CX450 / CX550, if it's cheaper
@glacial meteor what budget, modular?
Coolermaster elite v3
I don't have a real budget for that. I would prefer to spend more if it won't give me any trouble for years
Elite V3 is same as the Litepower really bad
BR isnt that great
Oh the br isnt mine just suggesting
@cursive wharf
Suggest me one from this list
Problem with that list is they dont look at actual quality of the PSUs. Only decent one from the reviews is the Corsair CX series. But 750w isnt that great as if you were using a PC taking 750w I'd go much higher end that what I consider to be "bare minimum"
@cursive wharf What's your suggestion on these few?
- Super Flower Leadex II Gold 650W
- SILVERSTONE 600W 80 PLUS POWER SUPPLY
but what wattage?
probably a bit pricy then. Was the Coolermaster MWE 80+ gold or 80+? If it's gold, then what price?
Just do what you can afford, if it's 80+ certified that's good enough if it's a trusted brand, anything rated higher is mostly just better efficientcy that's all that means
Took an hour for you to text back
@glacial meteor first one is pretty decent. Dont know about the second one as you didnt really include the actual model name. Tho it may or may not be the best for its price
@eager chasm lol no. Never get a PSU by brand
Reason: Bad word usage
one of the s words,
All companies release bad PSUs to be legit dangerous
@cursive wharf SilverStone ST60F-ESB 600W 80 Plus Bronze
Ima just screen shot ut
It
Its an online site here in the Philippines
So its kinda different
π€ think it means 80+ white
Like the lowest 80+ score
Never actually seen one
Lol
π€·π»ββοΈ
having the part # would be nice. Like this for example MPE-5501-ACAAB
Hei you aren't gonna get a part number from someone who was gonna buy a Intel board for ryzen a few hours ago
eh
Why u bully
80+ white also doesnt exist. White is part of CMs marketing
80+ does have a rating below bronze
It's rare that anything gets below a bronze rating but it happens, since it doesn't have a metal color associated with it people just call it 80+ white
It's the absolute minimum score
Chotto matte
Cause the Philippines be weird
researching
π€ another 80+ standard "white"?
just avoid WD Green SSDs
Oh
also what other SSD options are there? WD Blue is good and all, but usually not the cheapest good option
tho, also cuz you arent in US that may not be the case
Kinda also depends what he can find in the tech mall
This is an outdated list, but follow it as I cant really give much advice at this point
That's way outdated
It's likely the parts will be completely different and the only things that match are the key numbers like B450, 3200Mhz, 450-600W, etc. Cause who knows what will be at the tech mall
@muted patio indeed, but meh
probably wont. Weekends I usually do other stuff
Oh wow, the margins to score 80+ white are sooo narrow no wonder almost nothing 80+ certified gets it
It really is bare minimum of only a few % over 80
But I don't use my Twitter XD
Well got a follow anyways
Except for grabbing my switch screenshots and entering contests XD
8:30 am my time
10:25 pm
There isnt a model name for that SSD in the screenshot, so I cant say
Tommorow is the day I'm spending in the shop building my sister's and my builds
@cursive wharf
Tomorrow is the last day im going to a computer cafe
I can squeeze it probt
Probably
Hei
or just get a 480gb SSD instead, even a 1tb SSD can maybe fit in 2.3k
Mushkin is a decent brand of SSD, but kinda uncommon
Can u make a list of what should i get first to last
What do you guys think about Corsair MP510?
tbh just follow the outdated list I gave
@keen steeple decent, about 970 Evo levels. Tho Sabrent Rocket is about 970 Evo Plus levels for slightly cheaper or same price
American prices are weird
I'm used to my local currency and usd
Then i too
To us American prices are normal
Is there a nvme chart

yes, tho slightly outdated as well @coarse coral
To me Philippines prices are normal
outdated NVMe here

making explosions
Megumin bought a PSU without a brand or 80+.... EEEEXPLOOOOOSION!
also, what about used prices? Can maybe save a decent amount on GPU
not really. I did say "outdated list"
I havent looked at reviews for it tho
so who knows
I don't regret buying a pilot despite never hearing about mushkin before

It was a decent shot in the dark
And same with RE HDDs ... Kinda off the beaten path to get those
Do you guys know Rakk?
Nope
That's why what?
Well rakk cases are budget cases but never saw them in a budget build
So search up rakk cases
30-70 dollars i think on some
Rakk cases look good
Oh I use a Rosewill budget case and a DIYPC budget case, i have a very unusual requirement for my cases in today's market
Must have 2 Optical Drive bays
Cause I have a mountain of DVDs and Blurays
π
I really don't care about case quality if it serves it's purpose and has passable airflow
Almost 11pm
Night, take care
Morning for you
Well I work nights so I've been up for the past 10 hours XD
@little osprey you are correct, CRINGE BAIT
fun facts!
- the graphics card uses the athlon's heatsink, which is tied on with leather straps and held taught with a pencil
- the heatsink on the athlon itself was taken from an all-in-one that was built in 2008
- so was one of the hard drives
- the disk drive came from a crappy acer desktop that i got to dismantle
- the power supply is completely uncertified
- the ssd it boots from is a 60gb model that says "win with fast and wisdom" on it
And i thought building in salvaged 2001 case was bad XD
nothing is sacred Γ²wΓ³
nice
i once attached an AIO to the CPU using zip ties
valid
Same Anni!
as long as it's tight, it'll work
I installed a ryzen 1600 cooler on my kids old am3 board
using the zipties :p
as i continue to learn i continue to be surprised at just how much one can get away with
pc building really doesn't have to be an exact science lol
I mean some stuff has to be there for core functionality
but outside of that's have at it
Yea
So my case is pretty ugly Mby I should get one with a psu shroud?
PFFT we don't need no stinking shroud π
Reason: Bad word usage
I have a modular psu I need one

WTF...
Wait what
XD
that's the oddest filter imo
that was the easiest way to take care of them
I was using it to describe the n~@~ked basement of a case >:O can I get that infraction removed? lol
lol
You seem to always be active iambox donβt you have a life outside of discord?
I can't remove the infraction but I can ask mike to remove it from the list
This is my life.
Oof

I'm old, retired/disabled
what is?
Uh oh here we go again
bekora with the lurk
My sister says so much nonsense that tts canβt even work lol
hey @eager chasm
?
it's not
naked
\o/
now as I was saying before....
#nopantsthursday
Not basement, 2nd floor
basements get the best temps
is it naughty if you PC runs with it's PSU exposed down below?
in full view of children!
wut
filthy heathens who build PCs without shrouds covering their PSUs
that's danger.
@eager chasm case manufacturers have no excuse having one when cases that cost $50 have them
Every case should have a shroud
@glacial burrow
- Athlon 220GE
- 8GB DDR4 (can't remember what frequency)
- RX 460 2GB (if i remember right)
- 320GB SATA 2 hard drive
- 500GB SATA 3 hard drive
- 60GB SSD
- A salvaged disk drive
wait... where's the bloody CPU cooler?! π don't tell me that big flipping fan is enough to cool it off with no heatsink
the copper tube is the cooler. has a small array of fins on the end that have a 60mm fan crudely strapped to them
i took that heatsink out of an old all-in-one π€£
... this really is a taped together pc
yup! π
surprised that those specs aren't worse than and old windows 98 pc π
i think the best part is that it runs quite well. wouldn't think it, but it's quite smooth overall and doesn't throttle at all π
well looking only at the specs, they should be more than useable. It ain't no 1080p AAA gaming machine, but it's actually... decent π
that cooler is sketching me out though, even though the CPU is only 35W
hottest i could get it in this config was 75Β°. woefully hot for an athlon but still within tolerance i guess lol
It's temps before throttling is 95 degrees, so that's well within spec
@delicate granite yes it should work, but it will run at SATA2 speeds
Though if you only have a single drive bay you may need to clone your existing drive to it
@little osprey how long have you been running that setup?
i don't use it actively; i just built it for fun. guess you could call it a "spare," or more appropriately a catch-all for spare parts
but i've had it about a year
fair enough, i wouldn't run that thing as a main
I'm gonna be building a Uber bad build that could technically run windows but it would suck to do so, good thing it's gonna be a Homebrew NAS :)
what specs are you planning @eager chasm ?
An athlon 3000G, the new $50 CPU
Slap it in an ITX build and cheap out on everything else
Like only 4GB of the bargain bin garbage ram I can find
just not the PSU... π at least get something 80+ certified
hey, if it's got 80+ anything it's better than any crappy PSU
Its not the cheapest possible Homebrew Nas, but it's not worse priced than most of the prebuilts (with no drives)
And the platform allows for being upgraded to a mini server
it's good enough, that should you ever want to scavenge it in the future, the parts aren't completely useless
and a mini server wouldn't be out of the question
It's for my parents cause they run a business and have lots of stuff to sort and backup
:)
well, the parts are new and got a warranty. and in theory, the storage can be expanded
though, i'd probably through in a cheap M.2 SSD, just to get the OS of the harddrive
No slot
yeah, it's on the back of the board
it's written between the socket and the ram "Ultra M.2"
Still rather get a sata SSD with only a handful of GBs
FreeNAS is a very lightweight OS
honest, no difference to the usability
FreeNAS can be run of a USB right? or is that Unraid ?
FreeNSA?
well, a cheap 60gb SSD or something in that ballpark should be plenty
FreeNAS an open source light weight OS for setting up a custom NAS
Hell a 20GB SSD would do the trick XD
yeah, they just aren't as common without getting into sketchy town π
Lol
Imo 80+ white is sketchy
Like atleast bronze
You almost never see 80+ white PSUs
The spesifications mean is not more than 2% effcient over 80%
It's pretty narrow and sketch
getting bronze certified isn't marginally more expensive than white
so if a PSU cheaps out with just white, I'll usually look away
Would this chat be a good place to get a ballpark appraisal estimate?
Gieco can save you 15% or more on car insurance
Sorry, should be specific, a ballpark estimate on a used desktop.
π π π
Was kidding, I knew what you meant. What all you looking for? Gaming? Work? Web browsing?
Looking to sell locally, but unsure how to price it.
Is it like, a gaming rig?
ya
What kinda specs u got?
uypgraded over the years until both PCI-E and Sata lanes have been saturated
Gimme a sec to type it all out
π
just don't ask too much or Greg Salazar will see it and rip you a new one on his channel
π
"$3000 for an i3 build" trololol
Honestly I'd say ballpark maybe 300 or so depending on specs, if it's a lower end
Depends on what it is, could be worth more
@eager chasm I've seen some 2080 TI and i3 builds. Kinda odd lol
wtf
Holy tits.... That would be bad
Core I7-3770k (Delidded with Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra applied to die)
EGVA GTX 1070 SC
32GB DDR3-1600
Several SSDs and HDDs:
Kingston 120gb & 240gb SSD
Mushkin 512GB SSD
ADATA 512gb NVME
Vaseky 256gb m.2 sata
EVGA 1kw PSU 80 plus gold cert
Themaltake 360mm AIO liquid cooler
Maybe not a 2080TI but I've seen em paired with some real high end GPUs
Its... basically a frankenstien monstrosity with all PCI-E and sata lanes saturated
Interesting.....I'm honestly not sure what to say....maybe like 350? I could be totally off though
oh forgot, also have two WD greens of 1tb and 3tb respectively
That sounds like a crap ton of storage on top of a mid range rig, but that's just from my observation
Yup, I had an itch to upgrade until I could no longer upgrade
So built another computer to satisfy that itch
Well, how.much do you think it's worth
Well, I've poured probably 3500 into it, but with depreciating hardware probably around 1000-1200.
Holy frick, I was wayyyyy off lol
Yeah, I've never seen anything like that kinda build, I really don't think I'd be much help
Maybe I could send it to a youtuber or something to have them check it out for a vid π
"REALLY weird PC build"
Yeah, or even see if people have built rigs like that, and what it cost them or whatever
Hell, send it to Linus Tech Tips lol
wanna see a pic?
I'm betting there is someone on here that could help ye, i would, but I've never seen anything like it and am not sure what it would be worth, Sure!
Ooh. Cool
Hmmm......
little bit of a rat's nest on the bottom lol
The i7 is old but I hear they are Rock solid CPUs, the case isn't bad, the GPU is pretty mint, storage out yer ears, I'm thinking maybe 7-900ish possibly???? Can anyone help?
That Storage total isn't that crazy
But that seems like a fair assessment on price to me, but I'm not good at pricing old parts

I'll possibly try for 1100 on local markets and lower the price after a week. You think that would work?
Considering for 1100 you start getting to the territory where you can build a new machine that can beat the pants off it, no
People tend to barter in my area anyway, so it'll probably be knocked down to about 900
That was when I had 780 SLI
300w per card? oh yeah
Holy crap I wasn't around in the PC market when the 700 cards were a thing
Well base TDP was 250, but I bought these fac oc'd
First GPU I hadwas a 965M ... Cause laptops π
My first desktop GPU was the direct successor, a 1060
Then I jumped factions and went completely overboard with a Radeon VII
I don't regret it, despite it being a HORRIBLE buy
Not bad. I hope AMD can jump up their game with GPUs like they did with CPUs. Currently I'll still be sticking with nvidia until AMD becomes a decent competitor
First gpu for me was 1060 lol. Than it went bad on me got a refund and got a 1070ti
The 5700 XT is the closest AMD has come to being Competitive in GPUs
It's a step in the right direction
yup, and I hope they build up the momentum
the vast vast 90+% of people do not buy things like 2080ti's
so the 5700/xt is doing great
Radeon VII's selling point (yes it actually has one) is the outlandish ammount of VRAM, it's kinda future proofed for super epic textures
In my experience you don't currently need more than 8gb vram for gaming. CAD on the other hand...
I have pushed it to 12GB in gaming
And the speed of said RAM. It just never caught on. HBM2 never really caught on for mainstream
By cracking the sliders in RE2 to the extreme
That puts in in a very niche use case, but it's possible
down to cost for HBM
Resident Evil 2 has some absolutely asinine graphics settings
I am a 1080p 144hz pleb though
I have a 1080p 165hz, but i like cranking the graphics to max
So realistically I get about 100FPS on ultra settings
But with asinine settings..... Ahahahah no
Personally I think high framerate on high refresh rate is candy to my eyes more than ultra graphics, but it's nice to have both
I've basically cursed myself though, now anything less than 80fps makes me nauseous.
My 165hz backlight failed...
F
im building a pc rn and im wondering where to put my fans in my atx case, what do you guys thing? 3 at the front and 1 at the back, or 2 at the front and 1 at the back and 1 at the top, or something else?
Two front, one back and one top
Have the front fans be intake, and the back and top exhaust
any suggestions for good cheap rgb fans
i have two that came with my aio but apparently theyβre loudish so a 5 pack would be preferable
and the ones that come with the case arenβt rgb
upHere 5 pack RGB fans for $35
@distant ermine @thorn warren top isn't always best as it can take air from the air cooler, if you have one
Β―_(γ)_/Β― I'm not very good at choosing RGB parts, just parts that perform despite the looks
you mean air from the cpu cooler?@cursive wharf
Yes
Top fan and cpu air cooler fan fight each other for air, depending on position
oh ok then 3 intake at the front and 1 at the back as an exhaust is good?
Well, it is still case dependent. But positive pressure will help with dust reduction (3 in, 1 out)
All cases are different. So some cases have different issues than others
i have the Fractal Design Meshify C Dark
In my cases I go 2 in the front in and 3 in the top and back out, but I kinda can't get 3 front fans into cases with dual optical bays
just watch the LTT video about the NAS ... $400 without a drive, my homebrew solution: $320 WITH a basic drive
yep
@eager chasm There's actually a really awesome 80mm fan adapter for 5.25" drive bays made by evercool. Even has 2.5" mounts included. Optical drives are getting less useful, it can be really cool to adapt a case that has them for 3 front fans
i was planning to build something with a 5700xt and a ryzen 7 2700x
Fair enough, just thought it was worth mentioning
ill see
kk
@little osprey not including any HDDs, you can probably pick some out, here is a pretty nice 3700X PC (+144Hz monitor) for $2237 CAD
https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/hc7PJb
honestly, that really helped me. i appreciate the help
you could probably even get a 2080 if you REALLY wanted to go the extra mile
yea thats true
$2500 CAD is enough for a REALLY nice PC
well hope this gives you a good starting point
it really does. thanks!
the ram probably doesn't need to be Trident Z, it could be less fancy and you could go 32 total GB, or just throw more money at it and get 32 of Trident Z
left you a few hundred wiggle room
looks good but what's your max budget?
@uncut surge so do you want intel, or are you not sure?
if you want to save some money, go amd
that allows you to put more money towards your gpu
I love in Denmark and it is a lot easier for me to get a Intel
another thing is that faster refresh rates require beefier cpus
Live*
so Intel really is the best choice, considering you want to hit 240fps
are you strictly gaming
or streaming and other things
Essays
ok, so on a budget such as yours, and considering you need the best IPC you can get as opposed to more cores, the 9900k is unnecessary
which also means the best option is a 9th gen intel cpu
do you care about overclocking?
No
ok, i just wanted to know so i can pick overclocking capable parts
Okay
i think the i7-9700k fits the bill just perfectly
no need to pay 100 dollars extra for hyperthreading
the gpu you get depends on the budget remaining
if you have enough left over for the 2070s, perfect, if you arent happy with that, we can go through and slim down the other components to afford something more powerful
You can get a 2070s for just over 500$
a solid z370 board should be good enough, and also not overkill
what size case are you thinking about getting? do you want a huge tower, something small?
something in the middle?
Middle
micro atx motherboards are usually the cheapest
which is a bonus
use this link, go pick a case you like
Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 3.1 TG Micro ATX Tower
I like that
Is that a middle case
Nice
lol @sudden turret says bad airflow
hi
sup

need case suggestions
lol idk i 4got lol

great case for 45 bucks
Is the order one better
the Q300l is better
And the Q500l
oh, that one is for ATX boards
https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/Bys9cq rate my setup
so no reason to get it
Okay
its the same thing but with an awkwardly placed psu
@little osprey π
theres the motherboard
the cheapest z370 on newegg rn
why?
because it works
It says it doesn't work
i assume you wont be doing any aggressive overclocking, so this board will do just fine
?
where does it say that lol
the link?
worked for me
Denmark
I need a case with 4 fans that will support a 240mm rad
@viral ore I won't be overclocking
oh, ok
i guess that motherboard isnt for sale on newegg denmark
Newegg donβt ship here
Β―_(γ)_/Β―
Som of I can be shipped
Just need a model of case
Like the case
hmm
where do you normally buy things online from in denmark
are there any region specific sites that are commonly used?
I don't know can you give me the full name of the motherboard
that doesnt really matter, it was on sale
the only reason i was suggesting it was for that reason
basically you need a Micro-ATX Z370 motherboard
anything that meets that requirement will do
so im thinking a 128 or 256gb ssd as your boot drive, and a spacious 2tb HDD
how many other programs do you usually use besides games themselves
like ms office, etc.
All of my school stuff is on Google
ahh, smart
Nice
i think 128gb is enough for windows and a handful of programs you load on boot, should there be any
usually a decent 2tb hdd should be about 60-80 USD
unsure what your using actually
I figured it out myself with the HDD
wait, so this may seem like a stupid question, but do you have 2000USD, or 2000DKK?
lol, ok, phew
no, not at all, i thought i was
ok
good
so
16gb of ram is ideal for any pc
you dont need any more than that, and stepping down to 8 can cause performance issues
especially on win 10
That is what I thought as well
ok cool
Okay
now power supply
for a build like this, 650w is an ideal minimum
i always like suggesting 80+ gold psus
because if you have the money for a nice build, may as well get a good quality psu
yep
ok, so heres what ive got so far
CM Q300L
Micro-ATX Z370 Motherboard
i7-9700k or kf
2x8GB DDR4 3000-3600
2070 SUPER or 2080 SUPER
650W 80+ GOLD
128GB M.2
2TB SSHD
the actual components you pick will depend on pricing
and where you can buy them from
Okay
That is a must
your case has one case fan, so to avoid having to buy a cpu cooler and 2 more case fans, i suggest a 240mm AIO cpu cooler
that you can mount at the front of your case
Is I a water
Okay nice
plus, a good AIO vs a good air cooler plus 2 case fans is about the same price
case fans are NOT cheap

obviously not the exact components you would buy, but close enough
and
you have 400USD left over
incase taxes plus shipping end up being much more than in the us
you have about another 250 to spend towards other components
Thanks
Really appreciate your help
so when its completly off, walk me through what happens on screen when you hit the power button
does the display flicker, or come out of sleep mode
does the monitor detect an input
also, what does the white light thats on say next to it
No display and sometimes that fuzz happens when I do

display port
Using hdmi
try different cable and port
its not a total system failure, but just a single component most likely
or a display cable
very hdmi is plugged in good, not 80% in
Ill try dif cable
also, whats printed on the motherboard right next to that white light?
you might need a flashlight
