Ok so I have a question for all of you. For some reason my pc keeps restarting itself for no reason at all. I just replaced the motherboard, CPU, and the ram sticks about a months ago and thats when this all started. I don't get an error or anything. Any help is appreciated.

well it may not be the coolers fault, sometimes coolers are not fully attached properly, sometimes there's poor thermal paste between it and the cpu, sometimes the fan curve speed ratio is set poorly

if overclocking then its good to have 240mm of radiator capacity per device
280 MM would get you really close to a 360MM radiator in terms of performance

one thing to consider is that the radiator will get hot and warm up the air in the case
kind of a moot point if your cooling the gpu and the processor
3600 won't be much of an impact on motherboard VRM
as long as you have at least one or 2 decent fans exhausting air you should be good

yeah.....the CPU temps will be nice but if you get a full cover water block for your GPU and have the right radiator capacity the difference in thermals is amazing
another thing to consider is that if you get more radiators you can slow down your fan speed and have a silent computer

according the the specs of the case it supports a 280mm rad in the front and a 120mm in the back but says nothing about the top so i guess that would be because there might not be enough clearance like you mentioned
is what i would really like to do is cool the cpu and the gpu but couldnt do that overclocked without the top rad

usually two reasons for it 1) is pricing of a good kit and 2) some cases mount the vertical GPU too close to the glass for good airflow starving the card
if a user gets a poor quality pci-e cable then there are issues while gaming or watching movies

We all make mistakes, but my 60 dollar mismanagement of money took me down a fair bit in performance. (Not counting the extra 75 it would've cost to purchase the higher end system, putting the total needed extra to purchase at $135 for an extra 200mhz on ram I can overclock the ram I bought for and an extra 2 cores with tons of extra multi core performance. )
The moral of the story, don't buy a designer case unless you're willing to make sacrifices like adequate cooling in my situation.
BUT I could've also purchased the r7 2700x for $20-50 less than I paid on my cpu, would've gained the multicore speeds but lost around 10% of the single core speeds.
The 3700x would've yielded a 1-5fps improvement +5 or so more fps if only the 3700x system has 3200mhz and the 2700x would've lost around 14 or more fps and had ram incompatability issues with the 3200mhz more than likely, leaving the ram I chose as the best option for it with the low timings along with 3000mhz.
As for improvement in quality with applications, this will have to be felt. I doubt anything will perform worse than on my ex 8350 lmao, especially since my only OS usage is in Linux which has insanely more stable optimization and performance in pretty much any application whether ran through wine or on bare metal.
And I could always upgrade in the future, selling this cpu or giving it to someone when the time comes, investing my money into a longterm case rather than necessarily system.
But that's the reasoning I've come to writing this all out, you may have different opinions and I'm open to read em.
Also I base my performance metrics off of numerous graphs with the majority being from Gamers Nexus in his original testing of the 3600X, though this was during some bios issues which could've resulted in some slight performance being lost.

They just remade Borderlands 1 a few months ago, Borderlands 2 got a new DLC about 2 months ago and was upgraded to 4K and Borderlands 3 will be coming September 13th. The "Doom" from about 3 years ago is good and there will be another Doom coming later this year as well. "The Division 2" came out a few months ago and is pretty popular.
