It is in detail and speed a slight downgrade from a 4xx while having more sibilance in highs and a more average sound stage at a higher price

hm Maybe in Mechs but not really in general. Boards with multiple solder masks and silk screens have been a thing for a long time, it's just expensive and impractical. Boldport is probably one of the most well know examples of that. https://boldport.com/shop/the-gent There is also examples of UV Printed PCBs out there.
