5700xt is a great GPU. I would say however, do you feel as it would be feasible until the time frame of the new GPU stocks? The reason I'm asking is I just don't want you to waste your money/time.

a solution that "some" people tried in that type of case, was to hammer/bend the struts that the 5.25 drive mounts to, back so they are flush with the cage

and then wrap rubberbands around the drive instead
