I am starting to think 3080 might be old technology by that time, NVIDIA might feel pressure as AMD start to release what some think might be better value GPUs (more memory I think, 16GB, vs the 8/10GB and the 3090 high end competition at under $1000 vs $1500..

But, the 3070 has dlss and ray tracing. i am also worried about support. like what if an app NEEDS and nvidia card (possibly becuse it relies on nvidia only tech like cuda). I would go for the 5700 for the better performance with but if you want raytracing for Minecraft and battlefield or other games then get the 3070 it’s just personal preference I’m geting a used 2070 mostly for Minecraft

I wanted the RTX NVIDIA card for NVIDIA Broadcast when you need their card. This is helpful for WFM and Broadcasting as it has background noise Machine Learning filters and the ability to "Greenscreen" your webcam without a green screen. Very useful!
