As for between Strix and TUF, Strix is supposed to be ASUS higher end model, but isn't out yet for 3080.

The 5700xt runs Heaven benchmark at around 130fps.
So a 2080 super should give you all the performance you may need. Of course games differ.. Some are harder to run
