1080Ti has like 3584 ALUs and FLUs - both combined being 7168 total "CUDA cores". 3080 has 4352 ALUs and 8704 FLUs which both combined being 8704 "CUDA Cores" (note: half of the FLUs are also ALUs, thus simple addition doesnt work here).

ZOTAC warranties isn't that bad. Darkknight had to RMA his ZOTAC 1080 AMP! EDITION, and the process went smoothly, but is just taking a long time for shipping. Most likely cause of COVID and stuff
