🇶 When is the next x4 sale? What’s the next special event?
🅰️ The start date of the emerald sale is never known in advance. All the information on upcoming updates and special events can be found in #📢news or #770932329848766466 (read about server roles in #📌roles-info to learn about it).

🇶 Why didn’t I get the reward for my Arena/Grand Arena ranking?
🅰️ To receive the reward, you need to fight at least one battle in either Arena or Grand Arena before 8 PM by your local time.

🇶 Can't get Cleaver, Supertitans, or Totems. What should I do?
🅰️ Cleaver, Supertitans, and Totems are the rarest thing in the game. They have a very small chance of dropping. In order to get them, you need to open many Heroic Chests (for Cleaver), Summoning Spheres (for Supertitans), and Titan Artifacts Spheres (for Totems).

🇶 I downloaded Hero Wars app to my phone. Does it have anything to do with you guys? Can it be linked to the web version of Hero Wars?
