jarvan iv sp

i've been playing jarvan sp, but idk why the game flag jarvan for not being a proper sp, i mean he had poke, shield, sustain, cc, iniatate what more could a SP need

Just cuz the game doesnt flag him as a support, doesnt mean he isnt a good support. Same goes for a lot of champs

Gragas is jungle/baron yet he is very good as support in pro play
