How do I win gold rank games?

I just reached gold a day or two ago and it feels like the matchmaking went from fair or slight advantage to extreme disadvantage.

I usually play support but who I have to support is almost always just feeding half the time, and if they’re not then both the other lanes are. What is the main strategy for winning here??
