#The "1-5" quick lock-on enemy

I don't understand the quick lock system. I want each number to display a champion of a role (1 for Toplane, 2 for jungle etc.) But right now each time the number is different. How does this work?

Can you explain the "u can have them lock in certainspots for certain champs" part. I think it's called "Fixed Display" in the setting but I don't understand it
