all depends on the champion you play, the role you play and the items you have
mages typically use less autoattacks (the normal attacks), they focus on casting abilities.
ADC (marksmen) focus on dealing damage with mostly autoattacks (they do have some abilities they need to hit though)
ADCs typically need to stay back and autoattack in a way that wont make them an easy target
many of the things you said depend on positioning alot
hes more of a mage
his damage is mostly from his abilities
and he deals magic damage
kill minions to get gold
ill simplify it for you
Minions under your own tower (kill them)
Minions pushed under enemy tower (do not risk it unless you know that you can fight solo against a jungler or enemy laner)
you can also throw your abilities to punish the enemy laner for trying to take minions
your whole kit as the "bombing guy" is pretty much just poking the enemies
you never want to be inside of a fight close to someone
also i recommend trying out things like ARAM
there you could learn other champions and how they work
knowing other champions and how they work might let you play into them, or play them
finding a good champion that works for you the best

Camp your tower if its getting too hard
Farm there try to lure the mid or jgl for a gank
Use bomb to push them into tower….congrats your a toxic player winning your games

As ziggs you should be zoning the enemy off of minions, not the other way around. :d Lvl 1 don’t start hitting the minions and pushing your wave, you want to last hit them. While you’re watching the minions health, also observe the position of the enemy mid laner. When they start walking toward a minion, hit them with your abilities/auto attacks. This will draw enemy minion aggro onto you. Back up a little to get the wave off you. Rinse and repeat. You should never put yourself in an odd position though really. Remember, ziggs is A ranged champ. Position yourself like so in the mid-late game, you don’t want to be auto attacking people then. In the early laning phase go for short trades, you want to whittle them down.
