Can anyone explain how performance ratings work? It's insanely inconsistent where I'll have a 13/1/16 game with 16k gold and not even get A rating. Then I'll go 6/5/8 with 12k gold and get an S. I believe higher rating gives more fortitude, which would be nice to know how to consistently get. Thanks!
