#Coping with Losses

I used to be really competitive and take League very seriously, often experiencing tunnel vision and laser focusing on the assumed end result of a game before it even started. As I played more often, though, I started to get more relaxed while still keeping my competitive focus, and I’d end up winning most of my games with the occasional streak of bad luck. Whenever I did reach those bumps in the road, I’d always tend to spiral and bully myself instead of flaming my teammates because they would usually play better than I did. I’d come close to giving up and never find a way to cope and move on.

TLDR: I may not seem like it, but my mental isn’t that great anymore, even if I act all confident and happy to even be playing in the first place. So, my question is, is there a certain mentality that I can gradually adopt in order to break out of this slump I keep finding myself in?
