#Yone advice?

Hello Summoners, I’m looking into putting some time into Yone in mid as he’s one of my favorite champions to watch, learn about, and of course, play. But I do have a few questions.

First of all, I have a habit of being too aggressive, overextending in lane only to die for it. Besides the obvious “just play,” is there anything I can do to work on not only my technique with Yone, but my habit of dying for playing too aggro in the process?

Secondly, I want to learn how his abilities work, both individually and as part of his combos. What combos and skill orders (using Q, W, E and R notation just so I don’t confuse myself) should I try?

And to round out my post, lately I’ve been trying to find a sort of hybrid build for someone like Yone, who can play as a tank, a damage dealer, or possibly even a pseudo-assassin. Could anyone help me with theorycrafting a hybrid build that focuses on emphasizing Yone’s strengths (esp. damage output) while equalizing his weaknesses to match them?

trade with q if against melee, trade with e q3 combo and will hit most of the time unless enemy sidesteps against melee and ranged. And go for the kill against 50-70% hp champs with e q3 and ONLY ult if the q lands. In general I like to always make the first move with yone when I can because if u wait for the enemy they will probably get u down to low hp and kill u during e. For builds u can try my build in the top 3 builds. Also never go all in with yone especially against cc comp unless ur in e, so when ur in trouble u can just go back.

one thing you might want to take note is if you press W during Q3 it will always hit the area in front of you, so if your dash puts your enemy behind you dont use it during the dash
