Well, status specific fusion gifts are almost all useless since they demand a team
You need to do floor 4 Railway 2 was it? For Brible
Use active search to get investigator badge and upgrade it fully, so you don't have to go for TKT pack
Other slot I prefer to use for Manor gift, since you have to go for floor 1 pack and those stupid butlers are a pain
If you decide to do resets and get the gift from floor 1 naturally
Then go for shoes gift as search and get frozen cries on floor 2
Or the other way around, they merge into a gift for clashing
For the 3rd gift you can get the one from Hell's kitchen, usually it's Tango gift, more speed = better clash
If you decide not to get shoes and frozen cries
Then go for Kitchen pack
And get both Tango and Needle and Thread
For me, the usual search gifts I take are Investigators badge, Manor gift and shield from KoD
These gifts work for everyone
The heart from RR is mandatory too (bottom right in the image)
Lunar memory on floor 7 at maximum
Or you'll suffer
Charge rank 4 gift, the hand one is a must too
Piece of relationship is important too, the solo gift, I don't remember the name, it's the crown, lvl 3 gift
Also like to get Awe gift from RR pack, when you upgrade it fully it works for 1 slot
Miracle pack fusion gifts nice too
Just remember to get Bridle on the floor 4

As for the pack you shouldn't choose
The ones that can force characters to be unplayable so it's over, like Dongbaek and Dongrang
Cromer can be a pain if you can't force yourself to Corrode on turn 2 was it? She force staggers you, floor 3 it's ok, but if you take a pack in extreme and can't corrode it's over
Also Spiral fight can be a pain too for solo
And be careful of packs with bleed
Human fights with blood fiend enemies can end you pretty fast
Same for KK
As for extreme packs that I choose
I usually go for N corp early because of stupid Ahab trio fight, if I can corrode myself I'll go for early Beautiful voice because Kromer is first one and her evade becomes 50+ and higher floors, Terminus, Bridle, SEA are pretty safe
I hate Impenetrable Path because of lvl 3 IRA peca, they have a counter that will end you
Green dawn tried a few times, can be a pain, Library pack won't really work properly
But you can force dmg her iirc
All of the above is my experience with extreme packs on adversity 50
So it might be easier if you won't pick those
And ofc it helps if you get all buffs
