Have a MB Pro, 15 inch (I know the serial number but now sure how to extract the BIOS name), not sure the year 2015-2017 somewhere there. My youngest bricked it so I installed Ventura.
All is good but post install I am always getting the legacy prompt asking me to install root patch
i do that yet after reboot it asks me again everytime
it says following patch detected "Intel Haswell Graphics"
screen resolution is messed up its at 2880x1800 with no other options to select from

There was only one series of 15" MBPs in mid 2015 - MBP11,4 (Intel Iris Pro graphic card) or 11,5 (Intel Iris graphic card + AMD Radeon R9 M370X discrete graphics card). You will find out (as I did) that the 11,4 is one of the MBPs specifically excluded from Ventura update. So, if this is your version, and you install Ventura using OCLP, OCLP recommends spoofing the 11,4 to MBP14,3. To do this, please read instructions well. Start with the "Settings" first (I suggested once to the developers that "Settings" should precede "Build and Install OpenCore", but nothing came of it). Under SMBIOS settings, you will be able to spoof MBP11,4 to 14,3 Spoof Level - Intermediate), then Reboot, Reboot... But please read the instruction manuals first. It will show you what to do in greater detail. It is quite simple, really, once you do this. Your machine - with 16gb RAM - will give you great pleasure. You may also want to download MacTracker from the AppStore to verify the SMBIOS numbers above.
BTW, the MBP11,4 runs well on Ventura, but it is truly magnificent on Monterey - fast and responsive. My experience though.
