Are you able to test with a different usb drive?

I have added a USB Hub 3.0 to it and then plugged in the USB drive in the hub, formatted the USB now on mac and tried again

I am still waiting as I just started the installation

Hopefully it fixes it

Nevermind, still got the same error, I will try again in a different way

Now I am unable to format the USB on Mac to be Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

Which is required for the install I think

Okay so basically when I format the USB to be on Mac OS Extended I get an error every time and I'm not able to format it that way. But when I format it to ExFAT It formats successfully but then I get the error during the install of the patch thats on the image above.
