MBP 5,1, Late 2008, 15" MacOS Ventura 13.1 via OCLP6.2 - getting 30 second duration beachballing when other apps like Thunderbird, Firefox,Opera or Safari are open. Actually in Ventura it's freezing with no beachball sometimes. Console is bombarded with the Bad CurrentVBLDelta for display xxx is zero. defaulting to 60Hz' error. My current display resolution is 1440 x 900. Anyone else getting this error? I cannot find any solutions elsewhere.

This is a bug with Ventura, it happens on Apple Silicon as well

If it is a bug in Ventura then everyone should be experiencing it but no one appears to be raising it as an issue. That Apple thread reports it as "a new bug in CVDisplayLink".

Interesting, does the same error appear at different resolutions or refresh rates?

It's still happening whether full screen or not. I'll delete previous note.
