When I create the installer it give me this error

[warped glade]

Do you erase the USB Media to "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" and "GUID Partition Map" in Disk Utility before creating the Mac OS Installer in OCLP ?
(I had forgot to do this and had the same issue)
